I Emeliano Rivero Jr. was born and raised in Caye Caulker often traveling back and forth in order to complete my High School education here in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. During these years I worked part-time as a boat captain for my dad, who was a full-time fisherman. During this time I had acquaintances with people from all over the world. I enjoyed meeting new people and catering for the here in Belize.

Upon completion of my high school years my dad had sold his water taxi business and continued as a fisherman eventually retiring and leaving the fishing business to me. I kept on fishing for the next two years eventually meeting organizations who preferred protecting and conserving marine life. I was trained on the protection and conservation of our local area and thus moved over to San Pedro where Tourism started boosting. Before getting into guiding I was employed at a construction supply company as manager of one of their warehouses. Being manager of one of their outlets and involved with contractors on the island I finally realized that properties owned and purchased on the island were gold-mines and needed to be kept that way.

Six months later I got a job as a tour guide to continue my dream of protecting and conserving the country. Here I built up my new philosophy protecting not only marine life but with properties on the island as well as services
on the island.

I eventually furthered my education in Tourism by taking a step to get certified as a Dive Instructor, whose job at first hand teaches reef awareness and environmental impacts that need to be addressed. Working in one of the most prestigious Dive Shops on the island I certified Michael Rushing and Ryan Salay who appreciated my philosophies.

After a couple of dives together we realized that our philosophies were the same which was to be professionals and the very best at what we do. After three years I decided to go on my in the Dive Industry and carry out my philosophy of giving professional customer satisfaction.

Mike Rushing came to the conclusion that he wanted me to be in his company. They decided to protect and conserve and use preventative measures in their properties as I would in my Belizean Waters and furthermore extending my vision of my beautiful island. We eventually came to an agreement not only to protect and conserve properties and our marine life but to be the absolute best at it.

To this date we have analyzed properties on the island and we have decided not only to be selfish on protecting Belizean Waters and the island but to protect and conserve the properties of our foreign investors as well as keep it at a high class role matching future investors.

After discussions with Mike and Ryan I have finally hit my goal to protect land and water under Preferred Property Management and therefore accepting them to conserve my Dive Industry and your property investment.

We will work hand in hand to keep Paradise as is should be.
