Manual Snow Removal (shoveling):
$35.00 per hr., (per person)

After Hours Maintenance: $ 45.00 per hr.
(Routine Property Maintenance: $ 35.00 per hr.)

Troubleshooting Faulty Mechanical Systems:
$ 60.00
(Boilers, electrical, plumbing,
pool/spa systems; after hours; $ 85.00)

Pool & Spa Care: $35.00 per hr.

Boiler Inspections: $50.00 per hr.

Residential Care: Negotiable

Preferred Property Management and Consulting Services in Mammoth Lakes
 
Consulting Fees:

Examining Financials, CC&R’s or Rules and Regs; $50.00 per hr.
(Provide analysis)

Examining Current Property Management Agreements; $40.00 per hr.
(Review current agreements to provide analysis as it pertains to your property)

Property Walks; $ 35.00 per hr.
(Staff member walks property with Board member(s), helps provide solutions to concerns)

Consultation; $40.00 per hr.
(Answer questions, make suggestions or define governing hotel/condo laws etc.)

Above fees will be waived upon entering into an Agreement with
